    Japanese food culture — kaiseki, wagyu, omakase dining and the extraordinary food education philosophy taught in Japanese schools.

    Greetings and bowing, dress code, the business card ritual, hospitality customs, gift giving and the unspoken rules of social conduct.

  5. 05 · Tea Session [Ceremony]

    The history of Japanese tea, green tea varieties, wagashi sweets, the four principles of chanoyu, and essential practical Japanese phrases.

  6. 06 · Dinner Session [Evening]

    A refined Kyoto style dinner where the essence of seasons and beauty is savoured course by course — the perfect conclusion to the day.
